The electronic shop of online commercial transaction of services and products (www.aishadiri.com) is created by the company under the name “ AISHA DIRI”, uses AISHA QUO & VENTUS as trademark, resides in Athens and is legally represented, the Tax Registration Number is 125695163 and answers to the Tax Office in Athens, uses an email address (info@aishadiri.com) and a telephone service line: +30 2130338569 and will be referred as “Aisha Diri” below. The present internet website has been created by the above company to offer instant notice to the consumers about its products, enabling them to make long distance online orders and also giving the ability of interactive communication between visitors, users, customers (below “users/customers”) and Aisha Diri through comments and preference externalisation in certain kinds, using the services of social media. With the general terms of the present contract the company wishes to declare in the most clear, definite and comprehensible way according to the principle of good faith and the restrictions of all legal transactions, the terms and conditions under which it operates, as stated on the Legislation 2251/1994 regarding “Consumer Protection” and specifically the restrictions about long distance commercial transactions.

2. Accepting the Terms of Use

Each user/customer to enter and use the services of the electronic shop is considered to agree and accept unconditionaly the below terms, which are completely contractual with the current European and Greek Law. The user’s/customer’s or third parties non compliance with the legislation leads to the abrogation of all responsibility on behalf of Aisha Diri regarding any eroded natural or legal persons. The user/customer recognizes the right of Aisha Diri to alter the restrictions on the present terms, as long as they do not refer to any legally binding obligations or affect accomplished facts.

The user/customer who visits Aisha Diri accepts to have read the present terms, agrees with them and is obliged to abide by them, in the context of the contract regarding their acceptance, as well as in the context of one’s general obligation to comply with the law. In the case a user/customer does not agree with these terms, he/she is obliged not to have any transactions with Aisha Diri.

The company, in the context of good faith, is not responsible or bound to any errors which come as a result of misrecording the electronic data in the shop.

Aisha Diri is not responsible towards the users/customers for any damages that may be caused during the execution or not of an order (except for the case of product withdrawal – return – replacement).

Any act of replication, transfer or use of the content for commercial purposes or public deception regarding the original provider of the website’s content is prohibited. Any act of reproduction, republication, uploading, report, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any which way or means for commercial or any otherpurposes with the prior written consent of “AISHA DIRI” or any other beneficiary of the copyrights is permitted. Names, images, logotypes and trademarks, which represent Aisha Diri or third parties, as well as products or services, constitute exclusive signs of “AISHA DIRI” or third parties and as such they are protected under the relevant restrictions concerning trademarks. Their appearance on Aisha Diri website should not be considered as transmission or conveyance of use.

6. Personal Data and Electronic Transactions Security

We would like to inform you that in order to commence our between transactions some of your personal data are necessary. These personal data are asked in the context of the function of this electronic shop and  therefore we are bound to respect them. The present website consistents with the provisions of Law 2472/1997 regarding the “Protection of an individual from processing personal data” and Law 3471/2006 regarding the “Protection of personal data and privacy in electronic communications”.

Information that have been willingly provided by the visitors/users of the present website, are used by the shop in order to achieve direct communication, best service and order execution. The shop does not distribute not transfers to any other third person (natural or legal), who is not related to the Firm in any way the information of the visitors/users, with the exception of certain provisions of the legislation regarding the authorities.

7. User/customer Recognition Codes

The codes that are used for the user/customer recognition are two: the Sign In Code (Username) and the Personal Secret Security Code (Password), which each time they are registered the user/customer is provided his/her personal data with maximum security. The password may be altered by the user/customer for safety reasons. The user/customer has exclusive access in the account using the above codes and is the only one responsible to keep them secret to any third persons. In the case of loss or leak, the user/customer should immediately notify Aisha Diri, or else Aisha Diri cannot be considered responsible for the use of the password by a non authorized person. Aisha Diri in no way reveals or publicizes personal data and information which users/customers confide to the website. 12. Order Procedure

During the purchase and execution of the order, the user/customer is directed step by step to the automatic system suggestions. The order will be filed. When the order is completed, the user/customer will be notified with an e-mail about verifying the order delivery. Aisha Diri also has the right to communicate with the user/customer by telephone to verify the order. Aisha Diri is obligated to restore a possible error during the execution of the order, in the event that Aisha Diri is responsible for it. Aisha Diri will send informative electronic mail to the user/customer, including the details on the progress of the order.

13. Product Prices

The labelled prices on the products include all legal taxes and the shop has the right to adjust the prices at will. The labelled prices do not include shipping fees. The total cost (including shipping fees) is confirmed while completing the order. These prices refer to the stock availability and the shop has the right to adjust the prices.

In the occasion that the user/customer was not satisfied with the execution of the order or for any other reason regarding Aisha Diri, he/she has the right to contact via e-mail, within ten (10) days since the problem occurred. Aisha Diri will study the complaint and respond to the user/customer within ten (10) days, maintaining the right to ask for clarifications to settle the issue.

In the event that a conflict between the user/customer and Aisha Diri, regarding the present terms of use, surfaces, the first is obligated to contact Aisha Diri within ten (10) days, before launching any juristic proceedings. The delinquency in performing this term constitutes to violation of a contract clause, that has been made between the user/customer and Aisha Diri.

The Athens Court of First Instance is authorized to adjudicate any difference that may occur regarding either the use of Aisha Diri or the interpretation and compliance with or because of the present terms of use.

The website provides the official translation of the present terms of use in english. In the event of translation rendering, the greek version will be followed, which is the original text of the present terms of use and the operation rules.
