Born in Greece and raised between Greece and Syria, Aisha Diri is a designer and gemologist whose work bridges fashion, jewelry, and cinematic design. Now based between Athens and Washington, D.C., Aisha draws on her multicultural perspective and her fascination with craftsmanship and storytelling to create pieces that blend timeless elegance with emotional depth.
Rooted in a love for storytelling and craftsmanship, Aisha Diri creates pieces that merge the worlds of fashion, jewelry, and cinematic design. Her approach is guided by emotion and artistry — each creation shaped by her background in costume and set design for film and television. Through texture, silhouette, and color, Aisha transforms materials into quiet narratives, allowing every design to tell its own story.
A graduate in Gemology from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Aisha brings a deep understanding of precious stones and their symbolic resonance. This gemological foundation gives her work a rare sensitivity to light, texture, and form — whether she’s hand-selecting fabrics for a garment or curating gemstones for a bespoke jewelry piece.
Her collections are defined by refinement, authenticity, and narrative depth, drawing inspiration from her multicultural roots and years spent in Milan collaborating with renowned fashion houses.
